Mission

We are looking for our future senior Manager, Property Management Europe!

Reporting to the Finance Director, your role is to ensure that invested and leased real estate assets are managed efficiently and effectively by maximizing property value and income, maintaining good condition of the properties, commercializing retail spaces, acting as the liaison between property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders.

You will have the following responsibilities:

  • Represent institutional owners and provide expert guidance on compliance, maintenance, and property value enhancement.
  • Mediate between joint owners to ensure smooth communication and collaborative decision-making.
  • Drive retail space commercialization, tenant sourcing, and lease negotiations to maximize occupancy and rental income.
  • Manage lease administration and tenant relations, ensuring smooth renewals, timely payments, and swift issue resolution.
  • Negotiate lease terms with individual owners and manage all related agreements, payments, and documentation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for owners, ensuring clear communication and efficient resolution of inquiries or disputes.
  • Coordinate with residence managers to maintain property quality, monitor CAPEX and renovations, and resolve operational challenges among owners and tenants.
  • Promote and implement sustainability initiatives to enhance long-term property value and appeal.
  • Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements, and provide regular financial, operational, and ESG reporting to property owners and stakeholders.

 Based at the Ascott Limited Europe headquarters in Levallois-Perret, you may also have regular local and international travels. 

Profil

To hope to be our “perfect match”…

  • You hold a relevant degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have extensive experience in hospitality or property management (preferred).
  • You demonstrate strong financial acumen, ideally with experience in contract management.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you build strong relationships with tenants, owners, suppliers, authorities, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • You are familiar with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • You excel in stakeholder management and service delivery.
  • You have strong drafting skills (minutes, reports, approval papers).
  • You are fluent in both French and English.
